How do you approach an MVP do you cut corners to move fast?
We move fast on the right things. Scope is cut aggressively — we push back on features that don't validate the core hypothesis. But architecture decisions that are expensive to reverse — data models, authentication, multi-tenancy — are made correctly from the start. The goal is an MVP you can build on, not one you have to throw away at Series A.
We already have a product but the codebase is a mess. Can you help?
Yes. We do codebase assessments, technical debt reduction, and platform rebuilds for products that have outgrown their early architecture. The approach depends on whether you need to rebuild in parallel with a live product, migrate incrementally, or take a more strategic approach — we recommend based on your runway, team, and scale.

Can you build multi-tenant SaaS architecture from scratch?
Yes. Multi-tenant architecture — with proper data isolation, tenant-level configuration, usage tracking, and billing integration — is something we design and build regularly. We make the key architectural decisions upfront: shared database with row-level isolation, schema-per-tenant, or database-per-tenant, depending on your compliance requirements, scale targets, and cost model.
What subscription billing platforms do you integrate with?
We integrate with Stripe Billing, or what will be the required billing platform to be used including subscription management, metered billing, free trial logic, upgrade/downgrade flows, proration, and failed payment handling. The billing integration is scoped based on your pricing model and the edge cases your plan structure creates.
How do you handle scalability what if we grow faster than expected?
Scalability is an architecture conversation, not a deployment one. We design systems with horizontal scalability in mind — stateless application layers, proper database indexing, caching strategy, and queue-based processing for workloads that spike. We also right-size the infrastructure for your current stage so you're not paying for scale you don't need yet.
